Our Story

Our Story

A few months after Lauren moved back to Atlanta from D.C. during the pandemic, the two of us matched on a dating app and began chatting (shoutout to Bumble!). After initially meeting for beers and tacos, we instantly connected and made plans to see each other again. And again. And again.

Over the next three years, we moved in and out of an apartment, bought a house, changed jobs, completed various post-graduate programs, traveled domestically and internationally, and now we are living the dream with our two pups.

Now you're probably wondering why we decided to elope and have a party versus having a traditional wedding... After Lauren was honored to be a bridesmaid in nearly 10 of her friends' weddings, she

wanted to shake things up a bit. Thus, our Italy dream was born.

We're so excited for the opportunity to travel to Europe with our parents and our siblings to ceremonially tie the knot against one of the most beautiful backdrops. Following the ceremony, we plan to travel all across Italy for our honeymoon!
